Exsil 100 is a group of silica-based HPLC stationary phases featuring a nominal pore size of 100 Å, specifically designed for the separation of small to medium molecular weight compounds. The well-defined 100 Å pore structure offers an optimal balance between surface area and mass transfer, enabling high chromatographic efficiency, narrow peak shapes, and reproducible retention behavior.

The Exsil 100 platform supports a wide range of bonded phase chemistries, including reversed-phase, normal-phase, polar, ionic, and mixed-mode modifications. This broad chemical flexibility allows Exsil 100 materials to be used in reversed-phase HPLC, normal-phase HPLC, HILIC-type separations, and ion-exchange chromatography, covering a large spectrum of analytical requirements.
