Prosphere – Silica-Based HPLC Columns for Peptide and Protein Separations

Prosphere is a column series specifically developed for the analysis and purification of peptides, small proteins, and other biomolecules using reversed-phase HPLC. Built on high-purity, fully porous silica with large pore sizes (typically 300 Å), Prosphere columns ensure optimal mass transfer, efficient interaction with large analytes, and excellent peak shape under gradient conditions.

With bonded phases such as C18, C4, and phenyl, the Prosphere series offers tailored selectivity for various peptide hydrophobicities and protein conformations, making it a reliable tool in biopharmaceutical, proteomic, and quality control workflows.
