Two specialized bonding chemistries are available:
Carboxymethyl (CM) – a weak cation exchange phase, providing pH-dependent ionic interactions ideal for the separation of proteins, peptides, and other positively charged biomolecules under mild conditions.
SCX – a strong cation exchange phase with sulfonic acid groups, offering high capacity and robust retention of strongly basic and cationic analytes across a wide pH range.
