Exsil Pure 120 Amino is an aminopropyl-modified silica-based HPLC stationary phase based on ultra-high purity Exsil Pure 120 silica with a nominal pore size of 120 Å. The bonded amino functionality provides a polar surface with weak anion-exchange properties, enabling versatile retention mechanisms for polar and ionic small molecules.

The 120 Å pore structure offers improved mass transfer and robustness compared to smaller pore materials, making Exsil Pure 120 Amino suitable for demanding analytical workflows. The phase can be operated in normal-phase HPLC, HILIC-type separations, and weak anion-exchange modes, providing flexible selectivity for compounds that are poorly retained on conventional reversed-phase columns.
