Exsil Pure 120 C18MS

MS-Compatible C18 Silica for High-Sensitivity LC–MS and LC–MS/MS Applications

Exsil Pure 120 C18MS is an octadecyl-modified (C18) silica-based HPLC stationary phase specifically optimized for mass spectrometry–coupled separations. It is based on ultra-high purity Exsil Pure 120 silica with a nominal pore size of 120 Å and features an MS-friendly surface chemistry with extremely low metal content and minimized background activity.

The optimized C18MS surface provides strong and reproducible reversed-phase retention while reducing ion suppression and background signals in LC–MS and LC–MS/MS workflows. Compared to conventional C18 phases, Exsil Pure 120 C18MS offers improved signal stability, excellent peak shape, and reliable performance when using volatile mobile phases and MS-compatible buffers.

Controlled silica synthesis, rigorous purification, and stable C18 bonding ensure consistent selectivity, excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility, and robust long-term performance in demanding analytical environments.

Exsil Pure 120 C18MS combines high-purity silica, robust C18 selectivity, and MS-optimized surface chemistry, making it a reliable choice for sensitive LC–MS-based small-molecule separations.
