Exsil Pure 120 PolaRP is a polar-embedded reversed-phase HPLC stationary phase based on ultra-high purity Exsil Pure 120 silica with a nominal pore size of 120 Å. The PolaRP surface design incorporates polar functional groups within the hydrophobic ligand environment, enabling enhanced retention of polar analytes while maintaining reversed-phase behavior.

This embedded polar functionality reduces undesired silanol interactions and improves peak shape and retention stability, particularly for polar and basic compounds that show insufficient retention or poor symmetry on conventional C18 phases. The 120 Å pore structure enhances mass transfer and robustness, making Exsil Pure 120 PolaRP well suited for demanding analytical workflows and LC–MS-compatible methods.
