GromSil TMS-2 CP is a reversed-phase HPLC column from Dr. Maisch HPLC GmbH, based on high-purity, fully porous silica and modified with trimethylsilyl (TMS, C1) groups using a classic bonding procedure. This phase provides very weak hydrophobic interaction, making it particularly useful for the fast elution of strongly retained or bulky analytes such as highly lipophilic drugs, hydrophobic peptides, or steroids.

Its reduced retention strength and minimal surface activity offer excellent peak shape and allow for fine-tuning of selectivity in method development.
