NanoFusion

Ultra-High-Performance Columns with Integrated Emitter Technology

NanoFusion nano-LC columns are engineered for next-generation proteomics, offering exceptional sensitivity, ultra-high efficiency, and robust performance for advanced LC–MS and LC–MS/MS workflows. With available inner diameters of 50 µm, 75 µm, 100 µm, and 150 µm and column lengths ranging from 50 mm up to 500 mm, NanoFusion provides complete flexibility for deep proteome analysis, micro-flow applications, high-throughput studies, and single-cell proteomics. NanoFusion columns also represent a strong and reliable alternative to Odyssey columns from IonOpticks.

At the hardware level, NanoFusion features a flat-cut inlet for optimal connection and minimal dispersion, ensuring precise, reproducible flow delivery from the UHPLC system to the column. The outlet is equipped with an integrated emitter capillary, creating a seamless, zero-dead-volume interface between the column and the mass spectrometer. This design maximizes ionization efficiency, increases sensitivity, and ensures extremely sharp peak shapes — critical for high-resolution MS analysis.

NanoFusion columns are packed with premium, high-purity sub-2 µm C18 materials selected specifically for high-end proteomics. These packings deliver outstanding plate counts, exceptional peak capacity, and highly stable retention across long, shallow gradients. The combination of high-efficiency silica, precise packing technology, and a fully integrated emitter ensures consistent performance even under demanding, high-pressure nano-LC conditions.

The rigid, optimized capillary design reduces band broadening and enhances robustness, enabling reliable operation in workflows such as deep proteome profiling, immunopeptidomics, phosphoproteomics, DIA/SWATH, PRM/SRM, and single-cell LC–MS analysis. NanoFusion’s integrated emitter eliminates the need for separate nano-ESI tips, simplifies setup, and minimizes alignment issues, making it ideal for laboratories seeking both superior performance and operational reliability.

NanoFusion nano-LC columns are available in all combinations of 50 – 150 µm ID and 50 – 500 mm length, offering unmatched flexibility for method development, ultra-high resolution separations, or large-scale throughput. They are supplied as single units, 4-packs, or 10-packs to support routine LC–MS workflows as well as intensive research programs. With their integrated emitter design and precision-engineered construction, NanoFusion columns deliver the sensitivity, stability, and separation power demanded by cutting-edge proteomics.
