NanoFusion Sword nano-LC columns are designed to deliver outstanding chromatographic performance, exceptional sensitivity, and robust stability across a wide range of LC–MS and LC–MS/MS proteomics workflows. Available in inner diameters of 50 µm, 75 µm, 100 µm, and 150 µm and in lengths from 50 mm up to 500 mm, these columns offer maximum flexibility for deep proteome analysis, high-throughput applications, and nano- to micro-flow method development. NanoFusion Sword columns also represent a strong and capable alternative to Aurora nano-LC columns from IonOpticks.

At the hardware level, NanoFusion Sword features a female inlet connection compatible with Thermo Viper and IDEX MarvelXACT systems, ensuring secure, low-dispersion coupling to modern UHPLC instruments. The outlet incorporates a fully integrated emitter capillary, providing a seamless, zero-dead-volume interface with the mass spectrometer to maximize ionization efficiency and enhance MS sensitivity.

Built using precision-manufactured capillaries and packed with ultra-high-efficiency sub-2 µm C18 materials, NanoFusion Sword delivers excellent separation efficiency, stable retention behavior, and highly reproducible results even in long-gradient nano-LC workflows. Its optimized capillary design minimizes band broadening and supports the narrow peak widths required for advanced applications such as deep proteome profiling, DIA/SWATH quantification, PRM/SRM workflows, immunopeptidomics, and single-cell LC–MS analysis.
