GreatSmart NH2 is an HPLC column packed with fully porous, high-purity silica bonded with aminopropyl (NH₂) groups. This stationary phase enables normal-phase retention mechanisms as well as weak anion-exchange interactions, making it ideal for the separation of carbohydrates, sugars, polar compounds, and certain acidic analytes. GreatSmart NH2 can also be used in reversed-phase or HILIC-like mode with high-organic mobile phases, offering flexibility in method development at an economical price point.
