ReproSil Fluosil C8-NE is a reversed-phase HPLC column from Dr. Maisch HPLC GmbH, based on ultra-pure, fully porous spherical silica bonded with fluorinated octyl groups and deliberately not endcapped. The combination of moderate hydrophobic retention and fluorophilic as well as π–π interactions provides a highly distinctive selectivity, particularly for halogenated compounds, aromatic analytes, and structural isomers. By leaving residual silanol groups active (non-endcapped), the phase also offers additional polar interaction capability, which can be beneficial in method development where alternative retention behavior is desired.
ReproSil Fluosil C8-NE from Dr. Maisch HPLC GmbH provides unique retention behavior and versatile selectivity – the ideal choice for laboratories requiring fluorinated phase performance with additional polar interactions.
