Adsorbosphere XL TMS (C1) is a reversed-phase HPLC column featuring a carbon surface modification on fully porous, high-purity silica. This short-chain alkyl phase delivers minimal hydrophobic retention, making it ideal for highly lipophilic analytes, early eluting compounds, or separation of very large molecules that retain excessively on C18 or C8 columns.
The bonding and endcapping ensure excellent peak shape and chemical robustness, even in extended high-throughput environments. Adsorbosphere XL TMS (C1) is particularly useful in method development and screening where reduced retention is critical.
Adsorbosphere XL TMS (C1) offers low-retention reversed-phase performance with long-term robustness — ideal for applications where less is more.
