Allsphere ODS-2 is a reversed-phase HPLC column based on fully porous, high-purity silica, modified with octadecyl (C18) groups and fully endcapped to minimize silanol activity. This provides improved peak symmetry, especially for basic compounds, and enhances overall reproducibility. Allsphere ODS-2 is ideal for routine reversed-phase separations where better peak shape and robustness are essential.
