Equisorb C6 is a reversed-phase HPLC column packed with fully porous, high-purity silica particles bonded with hexyl groups. The medium-length alkyl chain offers a balanced hydrophobic retention, making it well suited for compounds that are over-retained on C18 but require more interaction than C1 or C2 phases. Equisorb C6 provides good peak symmetry, reproducible retention, and is ideal for routine QC, method development, and moderately polar compound separations.
