Exsil 100 Amino is an aminopropyl-modified silica-based HPLC stationary phase built on high-purity Exsil 100 silica with a nominal pore size of 100 Å. The bonded amino functionality provides polar and weak anion-exchange characteristics, enabling versatile selectivity for a broad range of polar and ionic compounds.

Due to its dual retention behavior, Exsil 100 Amino can be operated in normal-phase HPLC, HILIC-type separations, and weak anion-exchange modes.
