Gold-Turbo Amid-C12 is a reversed-phase HPLC column based on fully porous, high-purity silica, bonded with dodecyl (C12) chains containing a polar amide group. This polar-embedded phase combines hydrophobic retention with enhanced selectivity for polar and ionizable analytes, while also reducing silanol interactions. It is ideal for separating compounds that show peak tailing or insufficient retention on standard C18 columns, especially under aqueous or mixed-mode conditions.
