ReproSil Chiral-YM-R is a silica-based HPLC stationary phase coated with tris-(5-chloro-2-methylphenyl)carbamate amylose, specifically designed for enantioselective separations under reversed-phase and polar-organic conditions. The chiral selector, an amylose derivative substituted with 5-chloro-2-methylphenyl carbamate groups, provides highly efficient chiral recognition based on hydrogen bonding, π–π interactions, dipole–dipole forces, and steric complementarity.

Compared to its normal-phase counterpart, ReproSil Chiral-YM-R is optimized for aqueous and polar mobile phases, ensuring stable retention and excellent enantioselectivity without loss of resolution.
