ReproSil-Pur Basic-C18-HD

High-Density Bonded C18 Column for Basic and Polar Compounds

ReproSil-Pur Basic C18-HD is a silica-based HPLC column with high-density octadecyl bonded chemistry on ultra-pure silica. The HD (high-density) bonding provides enhanced surface coverage, which reduces residual silanol interactions and ensures excellent peak symmetry, even for challenging basic analytes such as amines, alkaloids, and cationic pharmaceuticals.

The combination of strong hydrophobic retention and optimized surface treatment makes ReproSil-Pur Basic C18-HD highly robust and versatile, with improved reproducibility and extended column lifetime compared to conventional C18 phases.

ReproSil-Pur Basic C18-HD combines strong hydrophobic retention with high-density bonding – the dependable choice for laboratories analyzing basic and polar analytes with maximum reproducibility.

Key Features:

  • High-purity silica with high-density octadecyl (C18) bonded chemistry
