ReproSil 100 CN from Dr. Maisch HPLC GmbH is a fully porous, high-purity silica HPLC column with a 100 Å pore size and a cyanopropyl bonded phase. This versatile stationary phase can be used in both reversed-phase and normal-phase modes, offering moderate polarity and unique selectivity for analytes that are difficult to separate on conventional C18 or C8 phases. In reversed-phase mode, it provides weaker hydrophobic retention for faster elution of hydrophobic compounds, while in normal-phase mode, it enables polar compound retention and high reproducibility.
