Exsil 100 Octyl is an octyl-modified silica-based HPLC stationary phase based on high-purity Exsil 100 silica with a nominal pore size of 100 Å. The C8-bonded ligand provides moderate to strong hydrophobic interactions, offering a well-balanced alternative between short-chain phases and highly retentive C18 materials.

Compared to C18 phases, Exsil 100 Octyl delivers reduced retention strength while maintaining excellent chromatographic efficiency and peak shape.
