This phase offers reduced hydrophobic retention and enhanced dipole interactions, making it ideal for separating aromatic, polar, or structurally similar large molecules. The standard endcapping (ST) ensures consistent performance and reduced silanol activity.

Thanks to its wide-pore architecture, the column provides excellent accessibility and mass transfer for large biomolecules such as peptides, oligonucleotides, and glycosylated compounds.
