ReproSil Chiral-AM-R is a silica-based HPLC stationary phase coated with tris-(3,5-dimethylphenyl)carbamate amylose, specifically developed for enantioselective separations under reversed-phase conditions. This chiral amylose derivative enables multiple molecular interactions – such as hydrogen bonding, dipole–dipole, and π–π interactions – which result in excellent chiral recognition and high enantioselectivity for a wide variety of racemic compounds.
