ReproSil Chiral-OM is a silica-based HPLC stationary phase coated with tris-(3,5-dimethylphenyl)carbamate cellulose, developed for enantioselective separations under normal-phase conditions. The cellulose tris-(3,5-dimethylphenyl)carbamate chiral selector is one of the most established and versatile chiral recognition systems, providing high enantioselectivity for a broad range of racemic compounds.

Chiral recognition is achieved through multiple, synergistic interaction mechanisms — including hydrogen bonding, π–π interactions, dipole–dipole interactions, and steric complementarity — which enable precise resolution of structurally diverse analytes. The coating on high-purity spherical silica ensures excellent mechanical stability, reproducible retention, and long column lifetime, even under routine analytical conditions. ReproSil Chiral-OM offers a robust and universal chiral stationary phase that is highly effective for pharmaceutical, chemical, and biochemical applications, especially for method development and screening of racemic mixtures.
