ReproSil Chiral-ZA-R is a silica-based HPLC stationary phase coated with tris-(3-chloro-4-methylphenyl)carbamate amylose, developed for enantioselective separations under reversed-phase conditions. The amylose derivative with 3-chloro-4-methylphenyl carbamate substituents provides highly efficient chiral recognition through a combination of hydrogen bonding, π–π stacking, dipole–dipole interactions, and steric complementarity.
