ReproSil 200 SEC is a silica-based HPLC column with a polyethylene glycol-modified surface, specially designed for size exclusion chromatography (SEC) in the molecular weight range of 10,000 – 500,000 Da. The polyethylene glycol modification minimizes secondary interactions, ensuring accurate size-based separations of large biomolecules and synthetic polymers.
