Reprospher 300 PEI is a strong anion exchange (SAX) column from Dr. Maisch HPLC GmbH, based on fully porous, high-purity silica with a 300 Å pore size and coated with polyethyleneimine. This polymeric modification introduces multiple positively charged sites, providing high ion-exchange capacity and excellent selectivity for negatively charged analytes such as nucleotides, oligonucleotides, phosphorylated peptides, and acidic proteins.
