Ultrasep ES Amid RP18A is a silica-based HPLC column with a polar-embedded amidic C18 bonded phase. The embedded amide functionality reduces residual silanol activity, resulting in sharper peak shapes and improved reproducibility, especially for basic and polar compounds. At the same time, the C18 chains provide strong hydrophobic retention, making this column highly versatile.
